How to get your profile featured

When a profile is featured, the user comes up at the top of the members page. We feature members that are the best resources to the Free Agents community -- here is how to get your name on the list for maximum recognition:

- Add a picture to your profile. People like to look at pictures! They enhance the discussion and create a stronger link
- Put a description of yourself in your profile. Things that are good:  past work experience, skillset, areas you are interested in working, hobbies and outside interests.
- Participate on the site! Add a blog post, create a forum discussion, respond to a discussion in the forum, post an event, write on someone's wall -- just about anything! The more we share the more useful Free Agents is for everyone
